Returns/Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges on orders of $50 or more are FREE! You may return items within the first 15 days of your purchase date. If 15 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. After 15 days, we can offer you store credit for another 30 days. Once 45 have passed, we will no longer be able to either refund, or offer a store credit. 

Customers are only eligible for one free return/exchange per order. If an item continues to not work out for you after you've used your free return/exchange, you will then be responsible for shipping charges to return or exchange items further for a single order. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. The item must contain all original tags.

Gift cards are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Items received in your monthly subscription boxes (The Accessory Box, The Trend Box) are not eligible for returns. You may however exchange the items for a different size if what we sent you did not fit. 

If your order was $50 or more, please fill out the contact form and include your invoice number. You may also email us with your order number. Please send all emails to alex.dekowski@shophelloaddie.com. Once we receive your written  return/exchange request, and we will provide you with a PDF shipping label for you to return your item(s).

If your order was under $50, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. Please complete the contact form, or email us with your invoice number. We will reply with a return shipping address. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.


Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items: 

Unfortunately, clearance items and final sale items are non refundable. Bodysuits, hats, and earrings are non-returnable due to hygienic purposes.
